I enjoyed my stay with you at the Green Door. I travel for business often, and usually stay at hotels. Your B & B was a refreshing difference from hotels. Not only is the historical building beautiful and interesting, but you have made it wonderfully comfortable and relaxing to be in. You have updated the decor in really tasteful ways, and yet kept the historic feel. Your thoughtfulness as a host was particularly remarkable especially in terms of the delicious breakfast you made to meet my dietary needs. I will plan to stay with you in the future and would enthusiastically recommend you to anyone travelling to Brockville.

By far, the best B&B experience I have every had. Superb hosts and the historic building and exquisite rooms are wonderful – their attention to detail is amazing. The breakfasts were exceptional. I would definitely pick this as a the place to stay in the Brockville area and hope I get the opportunity to return.

“The green door is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of downtown Brockville! The accommodations are top notch and the hosts make you feel at home with their gifts for conversation and culinary expertise. You are missing out if you choose to stay elsewhere!”

Excellent stay on the St. Lawrence River! My family and I have stayed at numerous B&B’s within the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Thailand. By far, this stay at the Green Door was one of our best experiences! The hosts are so welcoming, the building is a converted church which has a lot of history and charm. My daughter loved the claw style tub in her room (I foresee a future bathroom project at her house!). You will not regret selecting this B&B if you’re staying in the area. We will definitely return for a future visit!

What a wonderful place to stay and backdrop for your visit to Brockville. I spent a weekend there for my cousin’s wedding, so there was already a lot of fun and activities going on and this bnb in a historic space still managed to be a highlight of the trip with its high ceilings, beautiful rooms, lovely open common space (with breakfast!), phenomenal bathrooms, and thoughtful details throughout. I’m looking for a reason to go back.

Great place: a converted church; all quality renovations done but great Heritage furniture and overall feel. Tastefully decorated rooms; the place is very clean. Great food: the best Eggs Benedict I ever had and this is my favorite breakfast food, I have had it in many restaurants and Inns; the home made scones are delicious. Great Hosts… present but not overbearing. Overall one of the best B&B stay we have enjoyed. We recommend it highly.

Fabulous Breakfast! Comfy Bed! Charming and engaging Hosts! When you go to The Green Door you not are in someone’s house. It is a repurposed church which has been made into a B & B. The common areas are big spaces with high ceilings and big windows, beautiful. Each of the bedrooms has its own special theme, very cute. Not outrageous, but cute. On a practical level, there is lots of parking and the hosts can deal with anything, especially breakfast. Fabulous!
